PCMS has been named the Official Cleaning Partner of Charlton Athletic, formalising a long-standing working relationship. The deal includes extended LED advertising on mid-tier and control tower boards at The Valley before and during every home league fixture.
Jon Blythe, the club's Head of Operations, said the partnership was a proud moment. "PCMS have been a trusted part of how we run The Valley and the training ground for several years, and the standards they deliver day in, day out make a real difference to everyone who works and plays here," Blythe said. "To see them step up as our Official Cleaning Partner says a great deal about the relationship we've built together."
The company provides cleaning services at both The Valley and the Sparrows Lane training ground. Bobby Vincent, Director at PCMS, expressed delight at strengthening the ties. "We're incredibly proud of the trust that has been placed in PCMS and of the standards our team continues to deliver," Vincent said. "Charlton is a club with a fantastic history, strong values and an exciting future and we're very pleased to be playing our part in that journey."
The off-field agreement comes as the first team sits sixth in the Championship with 12 points from seven games. Their recent form includes three draws from the last five, with the latest a 0-0 result against Portsmouth at The Valley. The squad's current injuries list includes Collins Sichenje, Kayne Ramsay, Matt Godden and William Mannion.
Attention now turns to the next Championship fixture, a trip to face 21st-placed Cardiff City on Saturday. Fans can check the full upcoming fixtures schedule on the club site. Tyreece Anthony Tupac Shakur Campbell leads the scoring charts this season with three goals.
